Level 2 Support Coordination
Our Level 2 Support Coordinators provide more intensive assistance to participants with complex needs. They assist in creating strategies for implementing the NDIS plan. They also help in building the participant's capacity to coordinate their supports. Additionally, they address any barriers that may arise.
Level 3 Support Coordination
Our Level 3 Specialist Support Coordinators are experienced professionals who assist participants with particularly complex or challenging needs. They have expertise in areas such as mental health, complex health conditions, behavioral challenges, or intricate service coordination. Their role involves collaborating closely with a participant's broader support team.

Support Coordination
Live remotely and want to connect with an experienced Support Coordinator who understands how to navigate the NDIS ? We have Support Coordinators who have specialty experience working in remote and rural Indigenous communities and we can provide Support Coordinator services across Australia to anyone who has Support Coordination funding included in their NDIA funding package. We make use of modern technology to provide quality support via phone, email, Zoom, Video Chat and other applications to facilitate connection to participants. We understand that it can often be difficult to meet face to face and therefore provide remote services to provide inclusive services to participants anywhere in Australia.
Assistance to Apply for Disability Housing / SIL /SDA Evaluation
As experienced specialty Support Coordinators we specialise in Housing applications to the NDIS.
Not everyone is eligible for Home and Living funding via their NDIS package and, with a number of different types of funding for disability housing, it can be complex. But, the good news is, we are here to guide you through the process and assist you to determine your eligibility.
Housing Support Services we offer include:
Support Independent Living (SIL)
A SIL (Supported independent living arrangement) is for someone who has higher support needs requiring paid support 7 days per week including overnight support.
We can support you to complete the NDIS application process to apply for a Support Independent Living (SIL) funding package. The application process includes submitting a Home and Living application. We can further assist you to obtain the needed allied health assessments that are required to accompany any Housing applications to the NDIS. Not all people in receipt of NDIS funding are eligible for a Home and Living applications and we can work with you to determine if this is something that may apply to your unique circumstances.

Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA)
Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) is a range of housing designed for people with extreme functional impairment or very high needs. We can assist you to also apply for SDA – Specialist Disability Accommodation subsidy .

Individualised Living options (ILO )
We are able to assist you to apply for ILO – Individualised Living options. This is a support model for people requiring less support but still some assistance to live in the community. We can assist with the application process and provide support to obtain the required allied health assessments and reports. We can provide assistance to submit a Service Proposal application to the NDIA and further work with you and providers to source appropriate ILO options for your individual circumstance.
ILO funding can include additional funding called Exploration and Design and as specialty Support Coordinators we can assist you to explore and design living arrangements that work best for you.
Evaluation of Existing SIL / SDA and ILO packages
We are also able to provide evaluation of existing SIL / SDA and ILO packages by working with you and providers to evaluate what is working well and if there are any areas for improvements.
